A memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Swansea University, UK and Virogreen India Pvt Ltd, India, has been signed, relating to the Recycling E-Waste and Recovering value added materials.

The MoU is a significant step in paving the way for industry-academia collaborations. Under the MOU, both institutions will collaborate in research and academic activities, which include knowledge transfer between the two institutions including E waste recycling technology recovering value added materials.

Proper E-Waste Management is very important as it contributes to the well-being of the environment and reduces its burden. Education level and managerial experiences of workers could highly be associated with awareness and proper management of e-waste in educational institutions.
